Réseau Ressources Naturelles
RRN – short for Réseau Ressources Naturelles – is a monitoring and governance platform of environmental and human rights civil society organisations. The RRN-RDC has 256 member organisations. It aims to promote a balanced development that contributes to a better protection of the environment in all areas of economic and social activity.
RRN provides training, advice, support to communities in their initiatives, monitoring and evaluation of planned actions, information and advocacy.
As a partner of Join For Water, RRN coordinates the synergy between Belgian actors and their Congolese partners involved in the support of CFCLs. A CFCL is a state concession for a forest that it can exploit for its subsistence.
